Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) with valid Nursing Council registration.
- 23+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong working knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.
- Experience in managing ICU, OT, Emergency, and specialty units.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.
- Proficiency in HIS, EMR/EHR systems, and documentation.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage critical situations and patient grievances effectively.
- Certifications in BLS/ACLS and Infection Control preferred.
