About TestDino

Testdino is a test intelligence platform for Playwright teams, delivering AI-native test management. We help engineering teams run, analyze, and manage their Playwright tests smarter, turning raw test data into actionable intelligence. We work on some of the coolest, most technically demanding problems in testing, automation, and developer tooling, and we're always thriving and pushing quality further.

Why this role exists

Our audience is developers, QA engineers, and technical decision-makers. Generic marketing content does not rank or convert with them. We need someone who can write accurate, deeply technical content on testing, automation, and engineering topics, and who understands SEO well enough to make that content rank, drive qualified traffic, and support Testdino's growth. Programming knowledge is required, not optional, because you'll write about code, frameworks, and tooling and need to get the details right.

What you'll do

- Own the technical content and SEO strategy for Testdino, from keyword research to published, ranking content.
- Identify good, high-quality keywords using our SEO tooling, mapped to our buyer persona and search intent, and prioritize them by opportunity and business value.
- Write in-depth technical articles, tutorials, comparison pieces, and documentation-style content on QA, test automation, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
- Read and understand code (Playwright, Selenium, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) well enough to write accurate examples and explanations, and validate them before publishing.
- Handle on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema markup,



and content structure.
- Coordinate on technical SEO: site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and fixing issues with the dev team.
- Build and maintain topic clusters and pillar pages that establish Testdino as an authority in QA.
- Optimize existing content, track rankings and traffic, and iterate based on performance data.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and optimization while keeping technical accuracy and originality.

Must-have skills

- 3 to 6 years in SEO and content, with a strong focus on technical or developer-facing topics.
- Ability to read and write code examples in at least one language (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python preferred).
- Proven ability to identify high-quality, high-intent keywords using SEO tools and align them to a defined buyer persona.
- Solid understanding of software testing, automation, or developer tooling concepts (or the ability to ramp quick).
- Strong on-page and technical SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, internal linking, schema, indexing, Core Web Vitals.
- Hands-on with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent technical writing: clear, accurate, and credible to a developer audience.
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT,



Claude, Copilot, or similar) for research, drafting, and optimization.
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving content performance.

Good to have

- Prior experience writing for a developer-tools, DevOps, or QA/testing company.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) or CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS) and comfort working in Git and Markdown-based content workflows.
- Experience with headless CMS or docs-as-code publishing.
- Understanding of programmatic SEO and building content at scale.
- Familiarity with LLM/AI SEO and how technical content surfaces in AI-driven search.

- Delivers a technical SEO audit and content roadmap for Testdino with clear priorities.
- Identifies a validated set of high-quality, high-intent keywords using our tooling and buyer persona, and builds them into a content plan.
- Publishes several high-quality technical articles with accurate, working code examples.
- Establishes keyword targets and topic clusters aligned to developer search intent.
- Shows early ranking or traffic gains on targeted technical keywords.
