Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Project Manager (CPM) to lead and manage large-scale Bridge / Railway Bridge / ROB / RUB infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, contract management, stakeholder coordination, quality control, safety, cost management, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall execution and management of large-scale Bridge / Railway Bridge / ROB / RUB projects.
- Manage projects from design review and planning through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, construction schedules, manpower, resources, and project deliverables.
- Review technical drawings, GADs, structural drawings, construction methodologies, and method statements.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,



and contractual requirements.
- Manage contract administration, claims, variations, billing, and commercial matters.
- Monitor project cost, budget, quantity, and resource utilization.
- Establish and implement QA/QC and HSE systems at project sites.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and contractual challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide direction to Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and other staff.
- Prepare and review project progress reports, MIS, schedules, and management reports.
- Ensure timely completion of the project within approved cost, quality, and schedule parameters.
