- Production Planning & Delivery
- Manpower, Machine, & Raw material management
- Active participation in ERP activity (SAP) for all the transactions-Mainly BOM, Material consumption, FG outward, TECO, Change control, all MIS reports etc.
- Active participation in all statutory audits-of QMS, Customers, CDSCO, US FDA, ISO9001, ISO13485 Local FDA etc.
- To strictly maintain safety aspects of processes, man, machine & products in the designated area of working.
- Coordination for On time deliveries with Supply Chain-Planning, Purchase, Sales & Marketing & Stores
- Active participate & contribute to Customer complaint handling.
- Conduct on job Trainings to Sub-ordinate
- Active participate & contribute in CAPA closing.
- Review & acknowledge the received indent, create batch and approve Batch Manufacturing Record, accordingly.
- Active participation in Recent Product development
- Request,
receive and verify the Raw Material for production
- Co-ordinate between Maintenance team & production for machine maintenance
- Ensure committed delivery schedules for International Business.
- ‘Manpower-machine-material’ utilization and allocation of the work as per the process- Productivity
- Conduct daily internal meetings and participate in the production review meetings.
- Monitor Batch yield & Rejection % c.
- Active participate & contribute to Customer audit, Vendor evaluation.
- Active participate & contribute to new machine validation, Process validation.
- Active participation & contribution in Safety, Works committees
- Active participate & contribute to continuous improvement in quality of the products.
