Responsibilities:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- 5 9 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Experience working on complex product ecosystems - B2B & B2C.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and high-quality visual design
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate level of expertise in UX research methods and user-centered design principles
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail Proficiency in tools like Figma.
- Valuable stakeholder management and customer-facing communication & presentation experience being a plus.
- Ability to connect design work with business impact and metrics.
