Introduction
Join our growing Finance organization and play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness, scalability, and control environment of our global Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will lead a team responsible for cash application activities while partnering closely with Collections, Dispute Management, FP&A;, Sales, and Operations to optimize working capital performance. This position combines operational leadership, forecasting ownership, process transformation, and stakeholder management to drive improved cash flow, customer experience, and business performance across a global manufacturing workplace.
Your Job
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Accounts Receivable team by establishing clear goals, KPIs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure timely and accurate cash application, payment posting, account reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Own short-term and mid-term collections forecasting activities and provide consolidated AR forecasts to FP&A.;
- Partner with Finance and FP&A; teams to improve forecast accuracy and deliver meaningful variance analysis.
- Develop and present data-driven AR performance reports, collection trends, forecast insights, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Drive automation, digitization, and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across AR processes.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements across end-to-end O2C activities.
- Strengthen governance and internal controls related to cash application, deductions, write-offs, and dispute management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
audit requirements, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones to support business objectives and drive alignment.
- Support global O2C transformation initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, and operational excellence programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash functions.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience leading professional teams.
- Experience supporting global or regional AR operations within a multinational organization.
- Strong expertise across end-to-end O2C processes including cash application, collections, deductions, dispute management, and customer account reconciliation.
- Proven experience owning AR forecasting processes and partnering effectively with Finance and FP&A; organizations.
- Strong understanding of working capital management principles, AR aging metrics, DSO,
and cash flow drivers.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Experience resolving complex customer and operational issues in a matrixed global environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, internal audits, and governance requirements.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to convert complex financial data into concise and actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within semiconductor, manufacturing, shared services, or other high-volume global industries.
- Demonstrated success implementing automation and digitization initiatives including RPA, workflow automation tools, AI-enabled cash application, or related technologies.
- Experience supporting global O2C transformation programs, system implementations, migrations, or process redesign initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent platforms.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
