Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Software Developer to join our pipeline team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Golang
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code with proper documentation and unit testing
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using modern DevOps practices
- Work with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to build, deploy, and manage microservices
- Collaborate with team members, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
- Monitor and optimize PostgreSQL database queries and schema design
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
- Apply test-driven development (TDD)

- Demonstrate a strong ability to write original code to solve complex problems without reliance on AI-generated solutions
- Contribute in an agile and fast-paced development environment with a strong sense of ownership
- Embrace cloud-native development practices with security fundamentals in mind

Required Qualifications

- 1 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python and Go
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Basic understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a high sense of ownership and urgency
- Outcome-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Understanding of software security fundamentals

Nice to Have

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana stack)
- Experience with security or endpoint data pipelines is a plus




- Understanding of message queues (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
- Experience with React
