Develop and direct protected exercise programmes involving all aspects of the spa.
Develop and administer and co ordinate programmes including Aerobics and special programmes
Administer exercise prescriptions.
Develop criteria for fitness evaluations.
Recognize contraindications to exercise.
Develop and assist with promotional activities.
Develop proper forms for correspondence with medical referrals and informed consent.
Conduct departmental staff meetings.
Set goals for department: membership, equipment, staffing, and programmes.
Maintain and sanitize equipment.
Evaluate potential business and programmes to increase spa's financial performance.
Work with the Spa Director and Spa Sales in the formulation of plans for projects and other areas.
