Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js and React Native to build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, modern front-end development practices, and cross-platform mobile application development
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React.js and React Native.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features and enhancements.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and operating systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Support integration and compatibility with native mobile platforms including iOS and Android.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and UI-related issues in development as well as production environments.
- Continuously contribute to improving development processes, application architecture,
and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Front-End/UI development with experience delivering production-grade applications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction patterns, and usability standards.
- Good understanding of cross-platform mobile application development.
- Exposure to native mobile technologies, including: iOS: Swift / Objective-C; Android: Java / Kotlin
- Experience working in agile and collaborative cross-functional teams.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern front-end tools, libraries, and state management frameworks.
- Familiarity with API integrations and mobile application deployment processes.
- Understanding of performance optimization and mobile responsiveness best practices.
