Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) development.
- Develop and enhance Sales Console and Agent Console for B2C customer journeys using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
- Build and maintain OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures (IP), DataRaptors (DR), and FlexCards.
- Configure and customize B2C customer journeys such as Shop, Signup, Port-In, Relocation, and other order fulfillment processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for customer eligibility, credit checks, and order validation.




- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, L2/L3 support teams, and solution architects to deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Console and Agent Console in a Telecom BSS environment.
- Expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and external system integration patterns.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
