The Strategic Partner Integration team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a blend of backend and frontend experience to modernize and scale complex enterprise integrations. As a senior member of the team, you will help drive the architecture and development of all the services to build an innovative integration solution. You will work with your team to build an outstanding software organization responsible for delivering SaaS products that meet the needs of a wide range of customers. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering.

Responsibility

- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

- Engage in both frontend and backend development tasks, collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Create robust architecture and design patterns for scalable applications, ensuring code reusability and maintainability

- Analyze and improve application performance through effective use of data structures and algorithms, applying best practices to enhance efficiency

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure alignment to coding standards and best practices, providing constructive feedback to team members

- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth and enhance team capabilities

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies,



including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of processes

- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to development workflows

- Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools continuously to enhance development practices and drive innovation

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other partners to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment on project goals

- Participate in on-call rotation

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

- A Computer Science degree or a related technical field

- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, specializing in C#, .net, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript

- Strong skills in both frontend and backend development, capable of building and maintaining scalable applications

- Deep Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms





- Familiar with various design patterns and architectural principles, enabling the creation of maintainable and reusable code

- Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement processes

- Hands-on experience with micro-service based system architecture, including gRPC and/or RESTful API design and managing large-scale distributed systems across multiple regions

- Proficiency with version control via git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

Preferred

- 10+ years of experience working on microservices based on cloud-native architectures

- Experience designing and shipping production-grade, end-to-end integration solutions across large-scale, cloud-based enterprise ecosystems for Large Enterprise Customers

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle and resolve technical challenges effectively

- Quick to learn new technologies and frameworks, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements

- Experience with React, Angular, or similar modern JS frameworks accepted

- Experience in Azure Technology stack like Azure Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Azure EventHub, ASP.NET Core

- Experience with Modern AI Agentic Coding tools like Claude Code/Github Copilot/Cursor

- Experience working in Globally Distributed team with different time zones including remote teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
