Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Ignition SCADA Developer with hands-on experience in developing and deploying industrial automation solutions using Ignition Vision and Perspective modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing HMI/SCADA applications, dashboards, alarms, reporting solutions, and integrating shop-floor systems with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

SCADA Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain SCADA applications using the Ignition platform.
- Develop HMI screens, dashboards, trends, and alarm management systems using Vision and Perspective modules.
- Configure tags, UDTs, gateways, and data models within Ignition.
- Create responsive web-based applications using Ignition Perspective.

System Integration





- Integrate Ignition with PLCs, SCADA devices, MES, ERP systems, Historians, and databases.
- Configure communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP.
- Develop interfaces for real-time data collection, monitoring, and visualization.

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop operational dashboards and KPI monitoring solutions.
- Create custom reports using Ignition Reporting Module.
- Support OEE, downtime tracking, production monitoring, and manufacturing analytics requirements.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
