Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the textile industry. Candidates must have worked in the Instrumentation department of CP (Continuous Polymerization), POY (Partially Oriented Yarn), or FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) plants. Similar industry background is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain field instrumentation and control systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments used in CP/POY/FDY production lines.
- Monitor PLC, DCS, transmitters, sensors, control valves, analyzers, and related instrumentation.
- Diagnose instrumentation faults and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Execute calibration activities as per maintenance schedules.
- Maintain maintenance records, calibration reports, and documentation.




- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Instrumentation department.
- Mandatory experience in CP/POY/FDY plants.
- Candidates from the textile industry with a similar background only will be considered.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years of Instrumentation experience.
- CP/POY/FDY Instrument department experience is mandatory.
