1. Responsible for monitoring the stores Activities:
2. Receipt Registration and preservation of incoming material.
3. Issue of required items against authorized material requisition.
4. Storage and orderly arrangement of items as per storage layout in stores for easy retrieval.
5. Periodical physical stock verification and reconciliation of store stock status.
6. Monitoring of stock status report on a monthly basis.
7. Identification of competence requirements.
8. Identification of training needs and improvement Monitoring shelf life items for expired lots.
9. Coordinating with purchase on identified discrepancies and sending back rejected material.
10. Initiating action on disposal of scrap, materials, which are in scrap yard.
