- Bachelors or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance / quality engineering, preferably in EMS and smart metering products for global markets.
- Hands-on experience with IPC standards especially 610, 711
- Proven expertise in QFD, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Solid knowledge of reliability engineering, accelerated life testing, and global certification processes.
- Hands-on experience with statistical quality tools (SPC, MSA, DOE, RCA methodologies).
- Familiarity with international customer audits, compliance standards, and QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ANSI/ESD S 20.20 IATF 16949 preferred).
