Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent architectures to solve complex business workflows
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and tools
- Define agent roles, memory, tools, planning logic, and control mechanisms
- Implement RAG pipelines to ground agents with enterprise knowledge and data
- Collaborate with business and product teams to identify automation and intelligence use cases
- Design AI agents for use cases such as customer support automation, decision intelligence, recommendations, forecasting, and workflow automation
- Ensure reliability, accuracy, and explainability of agent decisions
- Implement safeguards, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms for autonomous agents
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost efficiency
- Support UAT, business validation, and post-production optimization
- Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers for data and model pipelines
- Define KPIs to measure agent effectiveness (accuracy, resolution rate, deflection, ROI)
- Document agent architecture, logic, and operational guidelines




- Act as a subject-matter expert for agentic AI best practices and patterns
- Stay current with advancements in agent-based AI and LLM technologies

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / ML or advanced data science roles
- Proven hands-on experience building agent-based or autonomous AI systems
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Advanced Python programming skills
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflows
- Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and data modeling
- Ability to translate business problems into intelligent, autonomous AI solutions
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
