- Having relevant and sufficient experience in inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ammonia / urea equipment
- Code knowledge of ASME API
- Perform raw material and in process stage inspection, final examination of job.
- Perform Inspection planning activities which includes specification study, Inspection records planning.
- Inspection check list / Inspection data book preparation and stage closing.
- TPI coordination , stage and final inspection clearance.
- Process monitoring of welding, grinding, heat treatment.
- Ensure stagewise inspection , including physical inspection, PMI Examination, Ferrite examination, painting inspection.
- NCR Generation and processing, including closing.
- Ensure records generation stagewise and close final documents.
- Creation of record of lessons learnt during the project.
- Inspection at vendor place.
- Inspection at site, when required.
Educational Qualifications Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 - 20 Years in heavy fabrication industries.
