- Unloading and 100% physical verification of incoming materials (quantity, weight, dimensions, litres, etc.).
- Reporting deviations and coordinating with Purchase for resolution.
- Preparation and follow-up of GRN in SAP.
- Inspection of materials with concerned engineer and compliance with quality standards.
- Proper tagging, storage, and location updating in SAP.
- Issue and door delivery of materials, gases, diesel, plates, pipes, and welding consumables to Production.
- Maintain stock levels, conduct periodic physical verification, and annual joint stock audit.
- Manage baking, holding, and issuance records of welding consumables.
- Handle return balance materials and scrap coordination with Production.
- Prepare monthly and yearly consumption reports.
- Maintain QMS and EHS documentation.

Educational Qualifications Experience

- 5 - 10 Years in heavy fabrication industries.
