- Proven experience as a Process Trainer in a domestic setting.
- Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
