Key Responsibilities of Role
Preventive Maintenance and Inspections: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure protected and efficient operation, adhering to established protocols to minimize downtime and prevent electrical failures. Inventory and Spare Parts Management: - Manage inventory of electrical components and spare parts, ensuring accurate records and timely procurement to maintain optimal operational readiness and support ongoing maintenance activities. Shift-Based Maintenance: - Perform electrical maintenance during assigned shifts to ensure reliable system operation. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize production disruptions. Equipment Monitoring: - Monitor electrical equipment performance using advanced tools to detect and prevent potential failures. Use data analysis to maintain optimal functionality and reduce downtime. Preventive Maintenance Planning: - Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliability.
