Title and Summary
Manager - FPA
Manager, Business Process Improvement, will assist in driving standardization of reporting across all regions, leveraging tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, advanced Excel. This position requires a highly analytical, independent thinker who possesses strong communication skills strategic thinking that is highly motivated. The position will also provide exposure to various levels of management as well as cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Building machine learning solutions to generate actionable insights.
Build backend structures/data bases structure for dashboards.
Developing and Maintaining centralised Dashboards and MIS
Collaborate with Americas Corporate FPA to develop and maintain advanced analytics and data science tools
Train team on automation skills and extend support to workstreams
Qualifications
Education Experience:
Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, or a related field
Experience in data management, mining, analytics, reporting quantitative analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Fabric and SQL.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, libraries, data structures, and software architecture.
Experience with Big projects on Tableau or Power BI
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating in a team environment.
Analytical Communication Skills:
Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into compelling insights.
Experience interacting with stakeholders to understand technical needs and deliver effective solutions.
