About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams while driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java-based technologies and Angular, combined with proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams.

- Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Provide technical leadership for enterprise-grade applications built using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and delivery plans.

- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.

- Oversee project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery of projects.

- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and team-building initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes,



DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

- Resolve technical challenges and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering organization.

Requirements Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1518 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership roles.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.

- Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams in enterprise software environments.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development tools is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills

- Expertise in Microservices Architecture.

- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
