About the Role:

The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing Ambitios day-to-day accounting activities, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring financial accuracy across operations. The ideal candidate will be a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) or finance professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Zoho Books, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date in Zoho Books.
- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports and other financial summaries to management.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting.
- Assist with audits, statutory compliance, and other finance-related documentation.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to better financial controls and efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or other Zoho finance tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively across departments.
- Analytical and detail-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

- Semi-qualified CA or graduate with equivalent accounting and reporting experience.
