Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of international business operations and processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
