Responsibilities

- Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations across diverse industries.
- Configure and customize SAP ME/MII modules for production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management.
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES systems for seamless operations.
- Develop optimized workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Drive full project lifecycle: blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct training workshops for end-users and IT teams.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Stay updated on SAP DM innovations, IoT, and Industry 4.0 trends.
- Review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify potential risks and issues.
- Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to the client for managing change using multiple communication mechanisms.
- Coach and create a vision for the team,



provide subject matter training for focus areas, and motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
- Be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical and Skilled Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in SAP ME/MII; 3+ years in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).
- At least 1 full SAP DMC implementation.
- Expertise in SAP DMC site setup, shop floor execution, PODs, data collection, genealogy, and integration with S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PM modules.
- Experience with IoT, cloud-based manufacturing solutions, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Excellent consulting, documentation, and business process mapping skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.

- SAP PP, SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME)
- SAP MII
