Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers especially for Metals Parts, Bought- Out& Master batch
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement plans for all direct Metal Parts, Bought Out & Master hatches bused on MRP, including both domestic and import materiala
- Overice import mocurement activities, including documentation and coordination.
- Manitar inventory levels and coordinate with Stores and Production for material planning.
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and generate Purchase Orders (PO).
- Emum cost control and achieve procurement savings targets.
- Conduct market research to identify current suppliers and cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintain vendor performance records and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality for supplier quality approvals and audits.
- Resolve supply, quality,



or pricing issues with vendors.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time material availability.
- Oversee subcontracting and service procurement activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in SAP/ERP systema
- Prepare and submit procurement MIS reports in management,
- Control and monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory in coordination with Stores.
- Lead and manage the purchase team effectively.
- Ensure & Manage the supplier Payments (P to P procesa)
- Monitor subcontracting procurement and reconciliation activities. Control purchase balgets and ensure aligoment with financial plans

Accountability:

- Timely availability of materials without production stoppage.
- Cost optimization and haalget adherence
- Vendor performance and reliability.
- Compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Accuracy of purchase documentation and system entries.
- Effective supplier relationship management.
