- Appointment of RETAILERS in assigned territory.
- Scanning of retail market by visiting each & every counters in the City
- Generate Secondary Sales through retailers.
- Identifying Scope by visiting raw sites (KOTHI / HOUSE & IHB).
- Collaboration with Contractors & Masons
- Generating sales from the sites of retailers.
- Arranging Samples and live demo at sites.
- Organising INshop meet & promotional activity
- Communicating Schemes to Contractors & Masons
- Proper followup with Stockist & Retailers for smooth Supply chain
