Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer .

Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- 5-9 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Experience working on complex product ecosystems - B2B & B2C.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and high-quality visual design.
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate level of expertise in UX research methods and user-centered design principles.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in tools like Figma.
- Valuable stakeholder management and customer-facing communication & presentation experience being a plus.




- Ability to connect design work with business impact and metrics.

Education

Education qualifications: Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of Engineering
