Role Overview

We are seeking strong technical MDM Leads with hands-on expertise in Customer MDM, Informatica IDMC, ETL engineering, Python, and pharma commercial data integration. The role will focus on designing and developing scalable MDM and integration pipelines supporting enterprise commercial data platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong development expertise along with the ability to coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Integration Development

- Develop and support Customer MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC and Customer 360.
- Build ETL and data integration pipelines for customer mastering and downstream consumption.
- Develop Python-based transformation and automation utilities.
- Implement matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchy rules.
- Support integration with CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.

Technical Delivery

- Design and develop:
- ETL mappings
- IDMC pipelines
- Data quality validations
- APIs and interface jobs

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and reconciliation.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot integration and data quality issues.

Pharma Data Responsibilities





- Work on pharma commercial datasets including:
- HCP/HCO data
- Affiliations
- Sales alignment
- Customer hierarchy data
- External vendor data integration

Collaboration Governance

- Coordinate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

- Ability to work in global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Informatica MDM / IDMC certification preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-native data platforms.
- Experience supporting US/global pharma customers preferred.
