We are looking for an experienced Lab Engineer with strong expertise in telecom (4G/5G) Lab, data center networking, and server / cloud technologies.
The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and high-performance network infrastructure across lab and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage L2/L3 network infrastructure (VLANs, IP planning, routing)
- Configure and troubleshoot OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, STP
- Deploy and support 4G/5G RAN & Core networks
- Manage Kubernetes, OpenStack, OpenShift environments
- Configure and maintain Cisco/Dell switches, routers, and servers
- Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Support Linux systems, virtualization (KVM/VMware), and bare-metal setups
- Handle DHCP, DNS, and network synchronization (PTP)
- Automate routine tasks using Python scripting
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams
- 4G/5G setup preparation and troubleshooting
- NMS handling
- 4G / 5G Lab planning
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, NAT etc..)
- Hands-on experience in 4G/5G telecom networks
- Experience with Dell / Supermicro / Kubernetes and cloud platforms
- Good understanding of Windows / Linux systems
- Familiarity with Juniper Cisco Nexus / enterprise networking

- CCNA / CCNP Networking Certification
- MCSE/MCSA/MCSD Server Certification
- Kubernetes (CKA) Certification
- RHCSA or equivalent Linux certification
