Key responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project reviews.
- Translate client requirements into clear design and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor design teams while maintaining design excellence.
- Support business development through client relationship management, networking, and project pitches.

Required skills and experience

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture. Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience with strong client-facing responsibilities. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project coordination and team leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion. Software Proficiency: - Drafting:



AutoCAD - 3D Modelling: SketchUp, Revit, Rhino (preferred) - Rendering Visualization: Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion - Presentation Documentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva - Project Coordination: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MS Project (preferred)
