Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations, driving architecture strategy, platform governance, and scalable solution design. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ServiceNow Architecture, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Discovery, Service Mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, Enterprise Integrations, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology roadmaps.
- Lead solution discovery sessions and convert business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Design and oversee ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, HAM, HRSD, and IntegrationHub.
- Architect enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and establish architectural standards.
- Define ServiceNow platform governance, development standards, coding best practices, and implementation guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, and solution guidance to development teams.
- Lead multiple concurrent ServiceNow implementation and migration projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify technical risks and ensure solutions are scalable, secure,



and maintainable.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Support ServiceNow platform roadmap planning and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

- Robust experience in enterprise integrations, platform architecture, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
