Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination

- Act as the single coordination point across Legal, Finance, HR, Tax, Payroll, IT, and external advisors.
- Schedule and manage recurring governance calls (weekly / bi-weekly).
- Track action items and ensure closure through follow-ups with responsible stakeholders.

2. Project Plan & Status Board Management

- Create and maintain centralized project trackers
- Maintain live dashboards capturing:
- Milestones and timelines
- Task ownership
- Status (on-track / at-risk / delayed)
- Key dependencies and blockers

- Ensure all trackers are accurate, up-to-date, and consistently maintained.

3. Reporting & Governance

- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, summarizing:
- Overall program status
- Key risks and delays




- Action items requiring escalation

- Highlight critical blockers and decision points proactively.
- Maintain documentation repository for all project plans, trackers, and status reports.

5. Risk & Dependency Tracking

- Identify and document interdependencies across workstreams.
- Flag delays, bottlenecks, and risks early to relevant stakeholders.
- Support escalation management by ensuring issues are clearly articulated and tracked to closure.
