Job Purpose:

To serve as a ME Relationship Officer - Vyapar RO, focusing on merchant engagement and portfolio growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure engagement and visitation of all assigned Digital portfolio merchants.

Enhance portfolio through activation, win-back of volume share from competition, maintaining complete volume share for POS & UPI, upselling Soundbox/POS, and cross-selling.

Ensure EMI enablement and activation for merchants in EMI business segments (e.g., electronics, mobile).

Achieve Merchant Acquiring product & Cross-sell targets monthly.

Source Merchant Acquiring products (POS, Soundbox, SmartHub) from existing merchant expansions, self-employed segments, and customer leads.

Increase cross-sell penetration in portfolio merchants to create additional income and improve merchant profitability.





Ensure daily login to Sales Automation Software (Vymo/CRM) for customer calls, cross-sell, portfolio enhancement, and visit updates.

Action and update 100% of leads & databases (CRM, Vymo) within Turn Around Time.

Verify all documents, including KYC, in originals and sign OSV only after checking originals.

Visit customer premises to pick up documents and log the file (submission to CPA or SM, ADM, RM, PB in the branch).

Ensure quality business sourcing as per defined norms and adherence to all sales processes.

Cross-sell products like CC, CASA, Asset, TPP.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate (Commerce preferred, but not a constraint).

Key Skills:

Flair for sales and a go-getter attitude.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile applications knowledge.

Time management and disciplined sales approach.

Experience with sales calls and field visits.

Experience Required:

Fresher to 3 Years (Banking preferred, but not a constraint).
