Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud, Digital Transformation, AI, and Technology Consulting. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, define target architectures, lead large transformation initiatives, and architect AI-enabled business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and delivery organizations to build scalable, secure, and future-ready technology platforms while leveraging AI, Generative AI, automation, and modern cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture

- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards, and governance.
- Define current-state, target-state, and transition architectures.
- Lead architecture review boards and design governance.

Solution Architecture

- Lead architecture and solution design for large enterprise transformation programs.
- Design scalable cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions.

AI & Generative AI

Lead enterprise AI adoption including:

- Enterprise AI roadmap
- AI governance

Cloud & Platform Architecture

Lead cloud transformation initiatives involving:

- Platform Engineering

Technology Strategy

- Define enterprise technology roadmap.
- Develop reference architectures and reusable technology patterns.
- Evaluate COTS, SaaS, PaaS, and custom engineering approaches.
- Recommend modernization strategies (Retain, Rehost, Refactor, Replatform, Repurchase, Retire).
- Lead technology standardization initiatives.

Architecture Governance

Establish governance for:

- Architecture reviews
- Solution approvals
- Security architecture
- API governance
- Design standards

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Masters degree (preferred).
