Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) to lead strategic mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing end-to-end M&A; programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful integration from due diligence through post-merger stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end M&A; integration, divestiture, separation, and carve-out programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Operations, Procurement, Compliance, and Risk.
- Drive Day-1 readiness and ensure seamless business continuity during transitions.
- Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reporting, and project controls.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Support due diligence by assessing operational, technology, process, and organizational impacts.
- Track synergy realization, integration KPIs, and value-capture initiatives.
- Develop stakeholder communication and organizational change management plans.
- Facilitate operating model alignment, business process harmonization, and target-state design.
- Collaborate with technology teams on application rationalization, system integration, data migration, and infrastructure transitions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, audit, and risk requirements.




- Monitor project financials, vendor performance, and overall program health.
- Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and status reports.
- Drive issue resolution and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
- Capture lessons learned and enhance M&A; methodologies and best practices.
- Support post-integration transition to business-as-usual operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven experience managing M&A; integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, separation programs, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Solid expertise in project governance, integration management, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
- Experience working with senior leadership and global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience leading technology integration and business transformation initiatives within M&A; environments.
- Knowledge of integration management frameworks, synergy tracking, and value realization practices.
