Role & responsibilities

- Manages the relationship with Domestic Business for effective & on time execution of IB indent orders.
- Identifies opportunities for performance improvement, within own group
- Drives quality standards, targets and methods to control process quality.
- Drives a quality mindset throughout Operations.
- Monitor team and individual performance, offers and encourages opportunities for development
- Drives HS&E; procedures and standards in compliancy with regulations.

- Identifies improvement opportunities across the E2E supply chain by detecting KPI trends and/or analyzing internal and external data to generate and implement value adding solutions with the customer in mind
- Manage relationships and coordinate with freight forwarders,



customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport agencies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation
- Owns Internal Controls processes & represents SCM for internal/external audits.

- Ensure adherence of all Domestic trade laws, customs regulations and relent statutory bodies managing necessary documents like bill of lading and export licenses
