We are looking for energetic and motivated IEC Animators to drive community awareness and behavioral change initiatives related to waste management and source segregation. The role involves extensive fieldwork, interacting with residents, schools, local communities, and stakeholders to promote cleanliness and sustainable waste management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door awareness campaigns on waste segregation and proper disposal practices.
- Educate residents, workers, and commercial establishments on wet and dry waste segregation.
- Organize community meetings, awareness stalls, rallies, school programs, and public campaigns.
- Promote behavioral change through continuous engagement and follow-up with households.
- Monitor door-to-door waste collection activities and provide segregation feedback.
- Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and municipal authorities for smooth field operations.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports with photographs and field data.
- Assist in QR code implementation, data collection, and digital reporting through mobile apps or Excel.




- Support Green Soldier deployment, special cleanliness drives, and Swachh Bharat campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain professionalism during field activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage with communities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
- Solid reporting and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in community outreach, NGO projects, sanitation, waste management, or IEC activities is an added advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Passionate about environmental sustainability and public awareness.
