Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing end-to-end SAP GTS projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP GTS implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and vendors.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong Project Management expertise.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP GTS projects.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- Risk Management
- Trade Preference Management
- Export & Import Processes
- Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource management.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP GTS functional knowledge.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
