- Ensure quality control processes are followed during production, inspection, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to improve overall process efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC supervision or similar role in high precision steel components manufacturing industry.
- Diploma/ITI/ B.E. degree in relevant field such as Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. .
- Proficiency in using digital and vision measuring instruments, AutoCAD Software skill and experience ; knowledge of QC inspection techniques preferred.
