Role & responsibilities

- Lead daily production operations and ensure achievement of line output targets.
- Manage RGB / ASSP / Tetra Pak production lines and monitor overall line efficiency.
- Implement TPM, TBM, GMP and Planned Maintenance activities on production lines.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely breakdown resolution and preventive actions.
- Prepare production plans, shift schedules, and manage manpower deployment.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Track material consumption, wastage levels, and report variances on SAP.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports and SAP system entries.
- Conduct process audits, line inspections and quality parameter checks.




- Drive continuous improvement projects, Kaizen, 5S and JIPM activities to reduce losses.
- Identify and eliminate abnormalities and escalate critical issues when required.
- Coach and train operators on SOPs, OPL (One Point Lessons), GMP and line standards.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Planning teams for smooth operations.
- Execute inventory checks for packaging materials and support root cause analysis for defects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, company and customer audit requirements.
