Key Accountability Areas

Expected Outcomes

1. Production Planning

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on order book and capacity

2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components

3. Production Scheduling & Monitoring

Monitor execution vs plan and ensure adherence to schedules

4. Inventory Control

Maintain optimum inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) and reduce excess/shortage

5. Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, and Sales for smooth operations

6. Team Supervision

Guide and monitor, workload distribution, Conduct training
