We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, API testing, and Rest Assured, with exposure to database testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Validate API responses, status codes, schemas, and data integrity.
- Participate in test planning, test case creation, and defect tracking.
- Perform basic database testing by validating data using SQL queries (good to have).
- Integrate and execute automation tests in CI/CD pipelines (good to have).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Identify,
document, and track defects through their lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Java programming.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong experience in API Testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Rest Assured framework.
Positive to Have Skills:
- Experience in Database Testing (SQL)..
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Knowledge of TestNG, Maven/Gradle, Git.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in QA Automation Testing.
