Role: Strategy & Operations Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Work

Location: Remote — India-based candidates ONLY

Work Timings :12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST. Flexibility with US (EST) timings as and when required.

Role Overview :The Strategy & Operations Analyst role will be conducting deep research and in-depth analysis across multiple domains. Success in this role will need sharp critical thinking, structured analysis, and documented artifacts produced with precision and independent ownership. This is a strong fit for someone with some experience who is open to learning and growing through ongoing direct coaching, guidance, and training as the role evolves.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct deep research and in-depth analysis across market segments, industries, and trends.
- Support and build current and future-state technology assessments across industries, market segments, and companies.
- Conduct gap analysis through structured mapping of industries and market segments.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into structured analytical outputs.
- Support the development of skilled presentations, reports, and analytical deliverables.
- Conduct mapping analysis to create workflows, models, and operational documents.
- Build reusable frameworks, templates, and reference materials that support repeatable analysis.




- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in synthesizing key findings concisely and clearly

- What You’ll Bring
- Experience 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, analysis, strategy, or a related analytical field. One year of experience plus two substantive internships may be considered in lieu of full-time experience.
- Education Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E. or B.Tech), Computer Science (B. Sc.), or Information Technology, Finance or Economics. Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- What you will possess
- Strong analytical capability across both quantitative and qualitative dimensions.
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving instincts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a structured approach to bringing clarity to it.
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Working knowledge of applied AI and generative AI, with sound judgment about where it strengthens work and where it falls short.
- Working knowledge of workflow modeling, diagramming, and data visualization tools.
- Some experience or knowledge across platforms, application development, cloud, software engineering, and AI / generative AI a plus.
- Some experience or exposure to proof-of-concept development a plus.
