Description: About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with solid expertise in data modeling, DAX, and modern BI solutions along with Healthcare Knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, enabling data driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Build optimized data models using Power BI Desktop.
- Write advanced DAX measures and calculations.
- Connect, transform, and manipulate data using Power Query (M Language).
- Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, etc.
- Ensure performance optimization through query tuning, data modeling best practices, and incremental refresh.
- Deploy and maintain solutions in the Power BI Service (Workspaces, Gateways, Row-Level Security).




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
- Implement data governance, quality standards, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot existing reports and resolve data discrepancies.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.

- Data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake)
- SQL

- ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
