- Manage application support and ensure that application service levels provided meet agreed SLAs

- Produce functional and technical designs for new and existing applications adequately addressing business issues and meet IT expectations

- Help ensure high quality outcomes through productive testing techniques
Desired qualification and work experience
- 7 -12 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in Retail or any other relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of WFD configuration, reporting, and data migration.Ability to understand Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and convert.
- Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling and leave management products.
- UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) certified is added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills
- UKG Dimensions (Time Keeping , Clocks , Accurals and Reporting)
- UKG Dimensions (Advance Scheduling , Pay rules and Shifts)
- Testing Process, Tools & Methodologies
- Knowledge of Boomi Integrations , Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Workbooks
- Deep expertise in workforce management, compliance, Labor laws, and scheduling.
