Job Title: Relationship Manager - Home Loans
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source Home Loan business through open market, builders, connectors, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Handle end-to-end loan processing (login, documentation, coordination with credit & ops).
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure proper KYC and documentation compliance.
- Manage pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 15 years experience in Home Loans / Mortgage / BFSI sales.
- Positive communication and sales skills.
- Field sales experience required.
- Knowledge of Home Loan / LAP products preferred.
