Project Manager Technology license,Hardware and Access Control Systems
Goa - India Full-Time Onsite

Experience : 5- 8 years in managing projects related to access control hardware,software and Firmware project planning.

Role Overview
As a Project Manager(Technology license,hardware for access control solutioning), you will be responsible for planning end to end technology license projects. Also overseeing access control installations, ensuring high-quality deployments, making sure the software solutioning is done right by coordinating with deployment engineers, customers and our product team.This role requires travel across India to work closely with customers to understand their requirements for seamless solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technology license project management

- Project Planning Coordination:to deliver top quality hardware products. Your role will include but is not limited to the following:

- Taking charge of end end to project management

- Understanding product briefs and working with clients to fine-tune them.

- Preparing budgets, allocating resources, and delegating tasks.

- Ensuring product development is on track and adjusting schedules as required.

- Working with various design teams to produce product prototypes. Conducting market research and obtaining consumer feedback on products.

- Identifying weaknesses in prototypes and making the necessary changes. Obtaining feedback from clients, designers, and engineers, and adjusting product specifications as needed.

- Project handover and milestone based deliveries to the customers

Access control deployment

- Plan and manage access control system installations.

- Align deployment engineers or partners for successful execution.

- Ensure timely and productive project completion,testing and handover the site

Customer Engagement Solution Delivery:





- Visit customer sites to understand their access control needs from both the hardware and software perspective.

- Gather insights to optimize solution implementation and to understand if the existing features can fulfil the requirements or new development required.

- Manage customer expectations and escalations.

Documentation Reporting:

- Maintain detailed reports on site visits, quality checks, and project status.

- Document customer feedback and implementation challenges for continuous improvement.

- Make a note of things gone wrong during the deployments and use them as experiences for all future deployments

Requirements Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in the software, IOT field or related industry.
Good technical understanding of how softwares and embedded systems work
Experience in project coordination and site management.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with cloud-based softwares
Basic knowledge of hardware and how wireless communications work.
Any prior experience in vendor/partner management.
