Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems in the coal washery plant.
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of motors, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, DG sets, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, feeders, and other coal handling equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PLC, Instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Coordinate and planning with production, mechanical, and operations departments with management for smooth plant functioning.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, daily reports, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, testing,



and commissioning of recent electrical equipment and plant expansion projects.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical installations and conduct regular safety audits.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with business requirements.
- Ensure smooth operation of the washery to achieve maximum through output.

Experience

- 810 years of experience in Coal Washery, Mining or related Industries preferred.
- Experience in Monitor of PLC and Instrumentation systems for uninterrupted plant operation.
- Candidates having Coal Washery experience will be preferred.
