Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Valuation Expert with deep expertise in Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and IRC 409A valuations. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of hands-on experience in conducting complex securities valuations, preparing high-quality deliverables, and working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and 409A valuations with a high degree of technical accuracy.

- Prepare detailed valuation models, reports, and presentations in compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.

- Perform financial statement analysis, cash flow modelling, and market research to support valuation conclusions.





- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand key business drivers and valuation requirements.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in valuation.

- Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and

- client discussions.

Requirements

- Education: CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.

- Experience: 35 years of strong valuation experience with specific focus on PPA

- and 409A valuations.

- Robust knowledge of valuation techniques: DCF, Market, and Cost approaches.

- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind-AS) and regulatory

- frameworks.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

- Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
